These reviews help validate student participation and ensure alignment with CAS learning outcomes.

Step-by-Step Navigation
Requesting a Supervisor Review
CAS Experience > Reflections & Evidence > Request Supervisor Review
- Open a CAS Experience.
- Click on the Reflections & Evidence tab.
- Add at least one reflection.
- Ensure the experience status is marked as Approved by the CAS Advisor.
- Click Request Supervisor Review.
The Request Supervisor Review button will only appear once a reflection is added and the experience is approved.
Completing the Supervisor Review
Email Link > Supervisor Survey > Submit Final Review
- The supervisor receives an email.
- They click the link provided.
- Complete the review form including comments.
- Select achieved learning outcomes.
- Confirm completion of the experience.
Reviewing Multiple Students
Dashboard > Reviews & Progress > CAS > Reviews
- Navigate to the Dashboard.
- Select Reviews & Progress.
- Click CAS then Reviews.
- Filter by Pending, In Progress, Reviewed, or Incomplete.
Pin the Reviews & Progress widget to your dashboard to swiftly browse and access CAS Approvals & Reviews.
Resetting a Supervisor Review
Experience > Supervisor Review > Reset Review
- Open the CAS Experience.
- Click Supervisor Review.
- Select Reset Review.
- Update supervisor details if needed.
- Click Save Changes.
Resetting a review will remove the previously submitted evaluation and unlock supervisor details.
Monitoring Supervisors
Dashboard > Reviews & Progress > CAS
- Go to the Dashboard.
- Select Reviews & Progress then CAS.
- View the Supervisor List.
- Click Message Supervisors to send reminders.
- Enter a message and Send to all supervisors.
Reviewing Reflections and Evidence
CAS Worksheet > Browse Reflections & Evidence
- Open the student’s CAS Worksheet.
- Select Browse Reflections & Evidence.
- Filter reflections by type, learning outcome, or experience.
- Use arrow controls to navigate between students.
- Export reflections via CAS Documents if needed.
