Step-by-Step Navigation

Configure CAS Questions

IB DP Year Group > Overview > Edit Year Group Settings

  1. Navigate to your IB DP year group and open Edit Year Group Settings.
  2. Scroll to the CAS Questions section.
  3. Click Add Question to create a new reflection prompt.
  4. Reorder questions using drag-and-drop arrows.
  5. Edit or delete questions as needed.
  6. Click Save Changes to apply updates.

  1. Open the year group settings page.
  2. Locate the Learning Outcomes section.
  3. Edit existing outcomes or create new ones.

Year Group > Edit Year Group Settings

  1. Open Edit Year Group Settings.
  2. Tick Track activity hours for this group.
  3. Optionally enable the hours chart and define required hours.
  4. Enable optional fields such as CAS Aims and Goals.
  5. Click Save Changes.

  1. Edit supervisor review text and instructions.
  2. Choose whether experiences auto-complete after supervisor review.
  3. Save changes.
