Your Community Engagement worksheet has different analytics tools designed to help you keep track of your added Community Engagement experiences. Depending on what options are enabled by your school, you may have access to browse experiences and reflections by:

  • Progress
  • Timeline

Community Engagement Progress

The Progress section shows how many times a learning outcome has been selected during your Community Engagement programme.

  • Orange bars indicate experiences' outcomes that have been planned and approved.
  • Green bars indicate experiences with completed reflections targeting those outcomes.
  • You can view the total reflections number in black at the bottom-left.

Thus as you add experiences, the orange bars will grow. As you add reflections and answer Community Engagement questions, they will convert to green. If you have Orange items left in the chart, this means there are outcomes indicated that do not have a matching reflection or evidence.

The Timeline tab shows the length of each experience, as well as the type of experience it is.

To zoom in on any section of the Timeline, click on a bar and drag your mouse over the desired area. The screen will automatically zoom in to show you the section highlighted by your mouse.
