Writing Community Engagement Reflections

Go to the Community Engagement tab under Year Groups, which will lead you to your Community Engagement Worksheet. Under the Experiences tab, Select the activity you would like to add Reflections & Evidence to.

Add your reflection as a Journal, Website, Video, Photo or File and tie it to at least one learning outcome. Please note that photos and files must each be under 500 MB. Once you are done, click Add New Entry. You'll also see the Community Engagement guidance, at the top, added by your school for your help.

Once the reflection has been added, you will be taken back to that activity Reflections & Evidence tab. Here you can edit existing reflections by hovering the cursor over the reflection and clicking the three vertical dots that appear. You can then Edit, delete a reflection, or click Star to mark the reflection as a favourite.

Completing Community Engagement Questions

Community Engagement Questions will only appear in your activities if your Community Engagement Coordinator prepares the questions for you. If Community Engagement Questions are created, you can access the Community Engagement Questions tab at the top of each experience page.
