Accessing & Exporting IB Forms from ManageBac+
Diploma Core
EE/RPPF: Reflections on Planning and Progress Form
The official IB Extended Essay RPPF can be exported from your ManageBac+ by navigating to the desired Year Group > Extended Essay tab and clicking Generate EE RPPF of your screen; ManageBac+ will generate the RPPF to a zip file that will be located on the right-hand panel under the heading "Generated Reports."
Please note that the generate button will only appear if the students have data entered in the year group.
TOK Essay PPF: Theory of Knowledge Essay - Planning and Progress Form
The official IB Theory of Knowledge Essay PPF document can be exported from your ManageBac+ by navigating to the desired Year Group > TOK Essay roster and clicking Generate TOK RPPF on the right navigation panel. ManageBac+ will generate the PPF to a zip file that will be located on the right-hand panel under the heading "Generated Reports."
Please note that the generate button will only appear if the students have data entered in the year group.

Group 1 Subjects
1/LALIO and 1/LITIO forms can be exported via the Orals pages in all Group 1 classes. The form type depends on the course level of the class and determines which Work types can be selected for each Extract.
Group 3
Global Politics HL
3/CSGP/HX: Global Politics Cover Sheet Internal Assessment Extension Task can be exported via the student's Extension page in Global Politics classes.
Group 4 Subjects
4/ICCS, 4/ICCSCS, 4/ICCSDT, 4/ICCSNOS and 4/ICCSSEHS: Group 4: Individual Candidate Cover Sheet (biology, chemistry, physics, computer science, design technology, nature of science, astronomy, marine science and sports, exercise & health science)
Via Science Class > Internal Assessment > Collaborative Science Projects
Reflection sheets can be exported by navigating to your Sciences Class > Internal Assessment > Collaborative Science Projects and click Export All Reflection Sheets.
Via Year Group > Files
Admin level users can download Science Reflection forms in PDF format or Zip files for all students in a Year Group in bulk via Year Group > Files.
This will produce a zip folder with individual folders for all Group 4 class sections in the grade level of the Year Group. Each folder holds the Science Reflection PDF documents for students of the classes.

Group 6 Subjects
6/TCAF, 6/VACAF, 6/MCAF, 6/FCAF, 6/DCAF: Group 6: Coursework Authentication Form (Theatre, Visual Arts, Music, Film, Dance)
To export the CAFs for your Group 6 subjects, you can export them individually when you navigate to your Group 6 Subject Class > Interactions tab, and clicking on the PDF icon next to each student's name to generate the CAF.

TCAF forms can be exported individually by navigating to your Arts Class > Interactions > click the PDF icon to generate.

Generating IB Forms from the Portfolio
Portfolios can be accessed via the left-hand side menu > Portfolio > Grade > click on the student's name, or by navigating to a Student Profile directly and click on the Portfolio.
Each student will have an eCoursework (Staff only) tab within their Portfolio where you can click Generate IB Forms to automatically generate the exportable IB Forms.
