Open Year Group > TOK Essay or Year Group > Extended Essay, select a student and open the Planning and Progress Form tab. Export the form as an editable PDF for one student, or generate a zip for the whole year group from the roster. Then submit the PDFs to IB eCoursework.
For DP coordinators and supervisors exporting the official IB Planning and Progress Forms for the Extended Essay and Theory of Knowledge.

Each export is an editable PDF that you can change after downloading. Submit the final PDF through the ManageBac+ integration with the IB eCoursework submission platform.
Theory of Knowledge

Go to Year Group > TOK Essay, select the student and open the Planning and Progress Form tab. Review the student's comments.
Select Export Tok Essay PPF to download the form.
The Interaction text boxes lock for students 5 minutes after they save. To unlock one, untick Lock and select Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Export all TOK forms at once

Go back to the roster at Year Group > TOK Essay and select Generate TOK RPPF.
ManageBac+ exports each student's form into a zip file. Select the zip file to download it.
Extended Essay

Go to Year Group > Extended Essay, select the student and open Planning and Progress Form. Review the student's reflections.
Select Export EE RPPF to download the form.
The Reflections text boxes lock for students 5 minutes after they save. To unlock one, untick Lock and select Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Export all EE forms at once

Go back to the roster at Year Group > Extended Essay and select Generate EE RPF.
Download the zip file from Generated Reports in the panel on the right.
The generate button only appears when students have entered data in the year group.
