The default Prompt or Prescribed Title view displays a list of the students assigned by Advisor with their Prompt and Title, Word Count and Status. You can also sort by Deadlines or Alphabetically.

To view progress against a specific deadline, you can switch to the Deadlines option in the dropdown menu. This will allow you to see where each of your students stand relative to the global deadlines that have been set (e.g. printing a hard copy, submitting an outline or meeting with Advisor, etc.).

A checkmark indicator will appear when students have completed a Deadline and all related To-Dos.

For TOK Advisors via Reviews & Progress > Projects > Select All Students or My Students

In the TOK Exhibition, select the student's name. The Exhibition Workspace allows students and TOK advisors to interact throughout the Exhibition process and track any TOK Exhibition progress. Select the student's TOK Exhibition status and progress on the right-hand side.

mceclip5.png

The Workspace consists of 4 sections:

  1. Prompt (can be further edited by the advisor via Edit Prompt button once Exhibition Status is set to Approved)
  2. Deadlines & To-Dos (To-dos can be added directly to Workspace or linked to TOK Exhibition Deadlines)
  3. Documents (can be added directly by student or advisor or will link from TOK Exhibition Deadlines) with annotation tools for PDF and other static document formats
  4. Notes (can be marked as Interview notes)

To have the Deadline appear on the student TOK worksheets, be sure to locate the deadline in the calendar and click Add To-Do to add at least one task. Any To-Dos linked with the deadline would then display in the student's Workspace, for completion in checkbox form.
