Adding TOK Exhibition & Essay Worksheets

Navigation: Settings > IB Diploma > Project-based Learning

  1. Go to Project-based Learning in IB Diploma settings
  2. Select Pre-built Templates
  3. Add TOK Exhibition or TOK Essay worksheet templates
  4. Open a worksheet to customise Overview, Framework, Rubric, Forms, and Terminology

Enabling TOK Worksheets via Year Groups

Navigation: Year Groups > Edit Year Group Settings

  1. Open the relevant Year Group
  2. Select Edit Year Group Settings
  3. Under Templates, enable TOK Exhibition and TOK Essay
  4. Save changes to activate worksheets

  1. Enable Theory of Knowledge under IB Diploma Subjects
  2. Create a new class under Classes > Add Class
  3. Select IB Diploma programme and Theory of Knowledge subject
  4. Assign academic terms and add students to the class

Navigating the TOK Workspace

Navigation: Year Group > TOK Essay / Exhibition. Select a student from the TOK Year Group roster

  1. Progress – View and update the student’s overall progress via the dropdown
  2. Prescribed Title / IA Prompt – Check the current TOK Essay title or Exhibition prompt
  3. Title & Prompt Selection – Switch to a different title or prompt (updated annually)
  4. Deadlines & To-dos – View all TOK deadlines; create new ones from the TOK roster using Add Deadline, then assign To-dos
  5. Documents – Upload and access TOK-related files, including submissions from deadlines
  6. Notes & Interviews – Add notes, log meetings, and communicate with students
