Quick answer:
Download the lockdown app from Download apps in the left panel of AssessPrep. Restart the app to check for updates, and check the version under the i icon at the top right.

Download the app
- Open Download appsIn AssessPrep, select Download apps in the left panel.
- Choose your deviceChoose your device and operating system, then download and install the app.
Update the app
Restart the app. If a new version is available, you are prompted to select Update Now.
💡 Tip
Many lockdown app issues come from an old version. Update the app before a test.
Check the installed version
Select the i icon at the top right of the app to see the installed version. Quote this version when you contact ManageBac+ Support.
