Quick answer

Go to Year Group / IB Manager > Personal / Community Project and select the Project Deadline, or find it in your To-Dos or the year group Calendar. On the deadline, select Upload Files to send your work to your supervisor and IB Coordinator.

For students: how to find your CP or PP deadlines, track your To-Dos and upload drafts and final work.

Find deadlines in your worksheet

  1. Go to Year Group / IB Manager > Personal / Community Project.

  2. Select the relevant Project Deadline to submit drafts or your final project to your CP or PP supervisor and IB Coordinator.

  1. Go to Year Group / IB Manager > Calendar and go to the date.

  2. Select the deadline to open the Dropbox.

  1. Tick the To-Do's to confirm you are ready to submit.

  2. Select Upload Files and choose a file from your device, or use Google Drive Upload if your school has enabled it.

  3. Optional: select View all Discussions to read messages from your supervisor or other students about the deadline. To ask a question or confirm your submission, select Create Discussion.

Your submitted files appear under the Dropbox heading. From there you can delete a file or select View Teacher Feedback.

You can only delete a submission before the deadline. Submissions are locked once the deadline has passed. Anything uploaded after the deadline is marked as Late.

If your school has Turnitin enabled on the deadline, you can see your similarity index and any plagiarism notes through the Turnitin Similarity Index value once they are released.
