Get your work to your teacher when an upload does not go through

Try these checks in order. If none of them work, tell your teacher before the deadline so they know you tried.

  1. Check the task accepts uploadsYou can only upload if your teacher has turned on a Dropbox for the task. If there is no Dropbox heading, your teacher may want the work handed in another way.
  2. Check the file sizeFiles and photos in your portfolio and in CAS or SA reflections must each be under 500 MB.
  3. Try again from a computerIf the app fails, sign in on a web browser and use Upload Submission on the task.
  4. For Google Docs tasks, check your Google sign-inSign in to your Google account in the same browser first, then refresh the task page. In the app, use the same email for Google Drive and ManageBac+.
  5. Submit before the deadlineFor Google Doc tasks, editing access is removed after the due date, so select Submit Coursework in time.
💡 Tip

A green Submitted tag next to the task shows your work arrived. Open the task to see when it was uploaded.
