If your school administrator has enabled Google Integration, you can choose to select files directly from your Google Drive (G-Drive) by navigating to your Portfolio, and adding a resource directly from Google Drive.
Adding to your Portfolio
From your Portfolio, you will notice 2 tabs:
- Goals & Timeline - this tab will display all your class activities in a timeline form. You or your teacher can add to this to curate your Portfolio.
- Files - this tab is where you can organize the files in your Portfolio based on Subject Group. All your classwork submitted through ManageBac will automatically be placed in one of these folders.
Beneath each tile, you will see the Add Resources button. From there, you can click "Add from Google Drive" to attach any files that you have on Google Drive into your ManageBac Portfolio.
Selecting Google Drive Files
A new window will pop up. Select the Google account you’d like to choose a file from (if more than one is available), and then select 'Allow' when ManageBac asks for permission to view the files in your Google Drive. Once in your Google Drive, you can switch between your own drive and files shared with you. Click on the file you want to upload and then 'Select' at the bottom to import it.
Please note: If you do not see the option to 'Add from Google Drive', please contact an administrator at your school or your advisor directly.
