One place to find every export
Exports are spread across ManageBac+. Use this page to find the right one, for example before a new academic year, an inspection or an IB evaluation.

| Term grades for one class | Class Gradebook > Term Grades > Export to Excel |
| Term grades saved with reports | Reports > Reports History (saved automatically each time reports are generated) |
| Attendance percentages | Attendance Manager > Percentage, choose year, academic year and term, then Export to Excel |
| Unit plans as PDFs | Curriculum > Whole School Curriculum > choose programme > Bulk Generate PDF Planners |
| CAS progress | Year group > CAS > Export to Excel |
| Service Learning progress | Year group > SL > Export to Excel |
| A student's timetable | Student profile > Attendance & Timetable > Export Timetables to PDF |
💡 Tip
Before you transition to a new year, export grades, attendance and unit plans and save them outside ManageBac+. This gives you a record of the year as it was.
