Important
For a Read-only user, we suggest using the Observer level user. If your administrators use ManageBac+ to assemble documents for authorisation or accreditation visits (i.e. exporting all unit plans into PDF), you may want to consider providing direct access to ManageBac+ instead. This user could also be used for site visitors, you will just require a name and email address.
Adding an Observer user
Navigate to Settings > School Directory > Observers > Add User.
Users with an Observer permission level do not have access to any student information. When they log in, only curriculum information is available.
Observers are free to review all sections of units and generate PDF planners, but they cannot Edit units.
