Go to Year Group > Community Engagement, open a student and assign their advisor under Members on the right, or assign several at once.

Assigning Community Engagement (MYP) Advisors

Assign Community Engagement Advisors individually 

Navigate to the Year Group > Community Engagement > select the student from the roster.

On the right-hand side > Members, you will be able to assign an advisor to the student or see the current project advisor of the student, if one has been assigned.

Assign Community Engagement Advisors in bulk manually

As a Coordinator, you can assign Community Engagement Advisors from the Members tab of your IB year group by clicking Community Engagement Advisors under the Add Members button.

Assign Community Engagement advisors to students via the dropdown menus. Once you're done, click Save Changes.

Note: You will have to create accounts for your teachers and advisors before you can see them in the dropdown menu.

As a Coordinator, you can also bulk assign Community Engagement and Homeroom Advisors from the Members tab of your IB year group by clicking Bulk Assign Students.Screenshot: As a Coordinator, you can also bulk assign Community Engagement and Homeroom Advisors from the Members tab of your IB year groupHere you can Download our CSV template. You will need to complete the required fields, save the file as a CSV file, upload, and click Next to Bulk Assign.
