Assign EE Supervisors individually via the Worksheet
Via Year Group > Extended Essay > select the student from the roster. On the right-hand side, you will see the current project advisor of the student, if one has been assigned.
To assign a new advisor to the student, click Edit Proposal.
Select the new advisor via the dropdown, Save Changes.
Assign EE Supervisors in bulk via the Members tab.
Via Members > EE Supervisors
EE Supervisors can be assigned to students via the EE Supervisors tab found under the Members tab of the relevant year group.
You can select a supervisor for a student by choosing any of the existing Teachers/Advisors on the account from the drop-down menu next to the student's name. Click the down arrow to assign the same supervisor to all students in the year group. Finish by clicking Save Changes.
Bulk Assign EE Supervisors via Import
Via the Students tab of the Members, click Bulk Assign Students. This can also be accessed via Year Groups > Browse All Year Groups > click on the (i) icon on the right hand side and Bulk Assign Students. Depending on the width of your screen, these details may appear at the bottom of the page.

Allow Students Select their EE Supervisor
Via their Extended Essay Worksheet
If students have not been assigned an EE supervisor, they can select their supervisor while filling in their Extended Essay proposal. The student can navigate to their IB Manager > Extended Essay > Edit Proposal. They can fill in the proposal fields, and select the EE Supervisor list from the dropdown, Save Changes.
