Follow the steps below to sign in, manage your personal details, recover your password if required, and customise your preferred theme.

Sign in to IB Moderators

Navigation: ib.ManageBac.com

1. Open ib.ManageBac.com.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Enter the password created during account activation.
4. Select Forgot your password? if you need to reset your password.

Reset your password

1. Select Forgot your password? from the login page.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Follow the password reset instructions sent to your email.

Note: If you do not receive your welcome or password reset email, check your spam or junk folder.

If your account cannot be found, contact support@managebac.com to confirm that your account has been created using the correct email address.

Update your personal details

Navigation: Avatar > Manage Your Profile

1. Select your Avatar.
2. Choose Manage Your Profile.
3. Update any of the available profile information.
4. Select Save Changes to confirm your updates.

You can update:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Password
• Profile photo
• Address

Customise your theme

Navigation: Avatar > Themes

1. Select your Avatar.
2. Open Themes.
3. Select your preferred colour scheme.
4. Choose Save Changes.
