Go to Year Groups > Calendar to see year group events and deadlines, and use the Discussions and Files tabs for posts and documents.
Your year group has its own calendar of events and deadlines, a discussion board and a files area with handbooks. Open your year group from the Year Groups menu, then choose a tab.

Calendar

Open the calendarGo to Year Groups, choose your year group and open Calendar. It shows your year group's events and deadlines.

See the detailsSelect an event or deadline to open its details, including the description, files and To-Dos. If a deadline has a dropbox, you can submit your file there before the deadline.
Click Subscribe to Calendar to add the events to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook or any app that supports iCalendar. Your app shows events from one month before you subscribed to three months ahead.
Discussions
Open Year Groups > Discussions. Public discussions are visible to everyone in your year group. Use the filters on the right to show public or private discussions, or a type such as Deadline, Announcement or Homework.

Files and handbooks
Open Year Groups > Files to download files your school has shared, organised in folders. Links to student handbooks, for example for CAS or the Extended Essay, are on the right-hand panel.
Questions
I cannot see the Year Groups menu or my year group.
You only see year groups you are a member of. Ask your coordinator or school admin to check you are in the right year group.
An event or deadline is missing from my calendar app.
Subscribed calendars only show events from one month before you subscribed to three months ahead, and your calendar app decides how often it refreshes. Check the calendar in ManageBac+ for the latest.
