Phase 1: Collect work on ManageBac Portfolios (Upload)
With 3 steps, you can upload, organise and approve your students’ work prior to submitting it to IB eCoursework
1. Search by Student Name to access the student's Portfolio
2. Search on their Timeline and on the Files tab for the files to be uploaded to IBIS. For any files to be sent to IBIS, use the IBeC tag next to the file.
If any files are missing from the classes, upload manually by clicking Add Resources to upload any Files, Videos, Photos, etc.
3. Collate the required files using the IBeC tag and assign the correct Group & Subject with the automated submission requirements. The tagged files are gathered under the eCoursework folder.
Uploading IA and EA coursework to your Student Portfolios
NOTE:
For subject groups with IAs not yet built-in on ManageBac (such as Individuals and Societies and Mathematics), you'll need to create a deadline from your Class Calendar. On this deadline, highlight 'eCoursework' or 'Internal Assessments' in the title so all uploads to it are searchable under the Student Portfolio to be tagged as IBeC.
Deadlines are not included in the Term Grade average for your report cards. If this is created as a Task in your class, your Term Grade average may be affected.
