The Faria Accounts Portal lets you manage your primary sign-in for a Single Sign-On (SSO) experience across Faria products and supported partners.
Overview
The Accounts Portal allows you to:
- Link multiple ManageBac+ user accounts (for example Parent and Teacher, or multiple campuses)
- Link additional Faria services (for example OpenApply, SchoolsBuddy, Atlas, SpotLight)
- Use ManageBac+ sign-in for supported partners (for example AssessPrep, BridgeU)
How SSO works
Once your accounts are linked, you can switch services or user accounts without repeatedly signing in. Your Accounts Portal credentials become your primary credentials for connected services.
First time sign-in
Verify first
To verify your account on the Accounts Portal, you may need to update your password to meet the “strong password” requirements. Admins should also ensure weak passwords are disabled so users can verify successfully.

Sign in using your ManageBac+ credentials. You will receive an email to verify your email address.
Select Confirm my account to complete verification. If the email has expired, select Resend Welcome Email on the Accounts Portal login page.
Profile and password
Where to update your details
Once you are using the Accounts Portal, changes to your email or password should be made here (not within ManageBac+).
Forgotten password
If you updated your password in ManageBac+ by mistake, go to https://accounts.faria.org/ and select Forgot Password.

Quick access from ManageBac+
In ManageBac+, select the 9-tile grid (top right), then choose Manage Account Portal.
Direct access
You can also go directly to https://accounts.faria.org/.
Review and revoke sessions
Security tip
If you see any session you do not recognise, end it immediately and update your password.
In the Accounts Portal, open Profile then Sessions to view recent session activity. Select End Session to revoke any session.
Linking ManageBac+ accounts
You can link multiple ManageBac+ accounts so they appear under your linked accounts list and can be accessed from the 9-tile grid.
China Schools
Accounts on the China server can only be linked to other China server accounts. Use https://accounts.faria.cn/ for China server sign-in.
Link an additional account
From the Accounts Portal home page, select Link ManageBac Account in the right-hand panel. Enter the ManageBac+ subdomain, email address, and password for the account you want to link.
Switching between ManageBac+ accounts
In ManageBac+, select the 9-tile grid and choose the relevant account under Linked Accounts.

What to look for
Supported services and partners will show a Sign in with ManageBac+ or Faria SSO option. Select it and follow the prompt to continue.

Authorising applications
Final step
After signing in, you may be asked to Authorise the application. This allows the service to authenticate your account and, in some cases, use details from your Accounts Portal profile. Click Authorise to confirm.
Switching Services
Once linked, you can switch services from the Accounts Portal home screen (service tiles), or from within ManageBac+ via the 9-tile grid under Switch Services.
