The Faria Accounts Portal allows users to configure primary credentials for a Single Sign-On user experience.
The Faria Accounts Portal
The Faria Accounts Portal permits you to:
- Link multiple ManageBac+ accounts (ie a Parent & a Teacher, Admins at multiple Campuses etc)
- Link additional Faria services (OpenApply, SchoolsBuddy etc)
- Link integration partners (AssessPrep, BridgeU etc)
Once linked, you can switch between user type or service without the need to log-in or save many passwords. Note: You will need to use your Faria Accounts Portal primary credentials on all connected accounts.
First Time Sign-in
Important
To verify your account on the Faria Accounts Portal, you must create a strong password for you ManageBac+ account. You can find detailed information about the requirements for a strong password here.
If you are an Admin user, please ensure that weak passwords are disabled for users so that they can verify their accounts on the Faria Accounts Portal.
Visit https://accounts.faria.org/ (https://accounts.faria.cn for user accounts on ManageBac+.cn server) and sign-in using your ManageBac+ credentials. You will receive an email to verify your email address.
Clicking Confirm my account will open your Accounts homepage in a new tab, and you will have completed email verification.
If you did not receive the email or it's expired, click Resend Welcome Email from the Accounts Portal login.
Accounts Portal Profile
Note that once you have logged into the Accounts portal, any changes to your email or password should be made here and not on ManageBac+.
If changes are made to your password on ManageBac+ instead of via the Accounts portal, please navigate to https://accounts.faria.org/ and click Forgot Password to set up a new password.
You can navigate back to ManageBac+ via the top-left icon.
Accessing the Accounts Portal
Click the 9-tile grid at the top-right of your ManageBac+ account, and then ManageBac+ Account Portal to be taken to the accounts portal.
You can also access by navigating directly to https://accounts.faria.org/
Review and Revoke Sessions
Via the Faria Accounts Portal Profile, under Sessions view a list of session logs organised by most recent accessed. If you see any sessions that you do not recognize or devices that you no longer own, you can remove the session by clicking the End Session Revoke arrow.
- IP Address, ie 72.122.45.22

- Web browser, ie Chrome
- Device operating system, ie Mac 10.13.3
- Type of device, either Laptop/Computer or Mobile will be indicated by the device icon
- Date of Sign in, ie February 11, 2023
- Location of access, ie North York Canada
Using the Faria Accounts Portal with ManageBac+
Linking ManageBac+ Accounts
Each ManageBac+ user must have a unique email address. You may have two or more accounts created for you, if each is linked to a unique email address. Using the Faria Accounts Portal, you can then link these accounts together and jump between them.
Use cases may include
- If you have a Parent and Administrator/Teacher account at one school
- Two accounts from different ManageBac+ schools (ie different campuses, school districts etc)
Linking an additional ManageBac+ account will allow you to access that account via the 9-tile dots button in ManageBac+.
Use the Link ManageBac+ Account button on the right navigation panel of the Account Portal home page to link your accounts.
Provide the ManageBac+ subdomain and email address and password of the account to be linked. Please note: Users with ManageBac+ accounts on our ManageBac+.cn server have to use https://accounts.faria.cn and can only link accounts that are connected to ManageBac+ instances on that server. It is not possible to link ManageBac+.com accounts to ManageBac+.cn accounts and vice versa.
Switching Between ManageBac+ Accounts
Click the 9-tile dots at the top-right of your ManageBac+ account. From the dropdown, you will see any existing linked ManageBac+ accounts under Linked Accounts. Click on the item in the list to be instantly taken to the user account.
Using the Faria Accounts Portal with Additional Services
Linking Additional Services
Faria Product Suite systems (OpenApply, SchoolsBuddy, AssessPrep) and integration partners (BridgeU, Infiniti etc) can be linked by signing in with your ManageBac+ ID. Supported applications will have Login/Sign in with ManageBac+ buttons as outlined below.
1. Faria Product: OpenApply login
Navigate to your OpenApply account and click Sign in with ManageBac+. You will then be prompted to enter your ManageBac+ email and password to continue.
2. Faria Product: AssessPrep login
Navigate to https://assessprep.com and click Login with ManageBac+. You will then be prompted to enter your ManageBac+ email and password to continue.
4. Faria Product: SchoolsBuddy login
Navigate to your schools SchoolsBuddy domain, and on the right-hand side select under Or log in with > ManageBac+.
Please note, new users must be synced to SchoolsBuddy before they will be able to login with SSO. The data sync runs every twenty-four hours between 1:00 - 3:00am in the default timezone for the server region (UTC in EMEA, UTC -5 in US, UTC +8 in Asia).
5. Faria Product: Atlas login
Navigate to your school's Atlas account and select Sign-in with ManageBac+.
6. Integration Partner: BridgeU login
Navigate to https://app.bridge-u.com/users/sign_in and click Log in with ManageBac+, or Log in with ManageBac+ - China. You will then be prompted to enter your ManageBac+ email and password to continue.
7. Integration Partner: Infiniti login
- Logon to Infiniti using normal credentials or SSO.
- In the header page click Launchpad

Switching Between Services
Log-in to the Accounts Portal and you will find a list of icons representing those Services you have linked. Hover over the tile to view the details of the service and user.
Click on a tile to either be immediately logged in to that Service, or select the user to log-in as if you have multiple users linked for that service.
When lick the 9-tile dots at the top-right of your ManageBac+ account. From the dropdown, you will see any existing linked services accounts under Switch Services. Click on the item in the list to be instantly taken to that service.
Authenticate Applications
After entering your credentials for any of the partners above, the final step is to review and Authorize the application to authenticate your account, view your personal information, and in some cases use the personal information from your Accounts Profile to populate your application account.
