Review Service as Action Progress
For SA Coordinators via Year Groups > SA
You can access the SA roster from the SA tile of your MYP Group. The default view shows you the planned SA hours.
You can adjust the information viewed in the SA Roster from the dropdown menu on the upper right. The Outcomes option will allow you to view the number of outcomes that students are targeting across their activities, the count of evidence that they've submitted, and the number of meetings that have been held to date.
Click on a student name to view their individual SA worksheet, which will display a list of activities and the planned SA hours for each activity.
Outcomes are listed under the SA Progress section. The Outcomes tab shows that the student’s activities are balanced across all learning outcomes. The yellow bars provide a count of the number of activities that are targeting each particular outcome, whereas the green bars indicate the number of activities completed with evidence. Over the course of the programme, the green bars will gradually overlap the yellow ones as the students complete their activities.
SA Progress Indicators
SA Advisors can add progress indicators via a student’s SA worksheet. On the top navigation bar, they can mark the student's overall SA progress as ‘Excellent’, ‘On-track’ or ‘Concern’. To remove the progress indicator, select ‘To Be Determined’.
Once defined, the ‘flag’ or 'status' icon will appear in the SA Roster before the student's name. You can also filter students by these progress indicators by clicking the Filter tab on the top right.
For SA Advisors via Home > Reviews & Progress > Service as Action
As a SA Advisor or Coordinator, you can easily review progress for your students from Reviews & Progress > Service as Action. This tile will show the fifty most recent updates made by your students, including new activities, journal entries, photos, files, videos, and meetings. You can filter the updates for different MYP Grade Levels by using the Filter tab.
