Open the class, select Edit Class Settings, tick Archive this Class and save. To archive several at once, use Manage Classes from Browse All Classes. Unarchive one class at a time by unticking the same box.
Archiving hides a class from your list of classes, for example at the end of a year. Archived classes stay in ManageBac+ and you can open them again at any time.
