Accessing your Theory of Knowledge Worksheets
Managing TOK Essay
Navigate to Year Group Manager > TOK Essays to begin setting up your TOK Essay Workspace. First, click Edit Prescribed Title to select your Prescribed Title.
Once you've selected your title, you can make full use of your worksheet as a portfolio for your TOK coursework, To Dos, and notes.
Managing TOK Essay Planning and Progress Form
Click on the Planning and Progress Form tab to enter in your First, Second and Third Interactions.
Note: Each interaction will be locked automatically 5 minutes after clicking Save Changes. Locked interactions cannot be revised unless unlocked by your TOK teacher.
Managing TOK Exhibition
Select the TOK Exhibition tab from the Year Group Manager tab on your main menu.
Here, you will be able to submit your exhibition prompt and upload any exhibition documents, such as your slides or recordings.
- Click Edit Prompt to complete your Exhibition Prompt.
- Upload your TOK Exhibition documents by clicking Add Document. This will allow your teacher to review your documents for assessment.
You can use the Notes section to communicate with your TOK teacher directly.
Adding TOK Journal Entries
Click Add New Entry to add a new entry.
The journal accepts entries as text that have a rich text editor enabled. That allows you to upload images and files, link videos or include website links for each entry. You can connect each entry to the relevant Areas of Knowledge and Key Concepts. The individual file size limit is 500 MB per entry.
Once the entries are added, edit, delete or star journal entries as needed.
TOK Exhibition Journal entries can be linked to Themes and IA Prompts and also accept entries as text that have a rich text editor enabled. That allows to upload images and files, link videos or include website links for each entry.
