Accessing Your CAS Worksheet

via Year Group > CAS

Your CAS worksheet has different analytics tools designed to help you keep track of your added CAS experiences. Depending on what options are enabled by your school, you may have access to browse experiences and reflections by

  • Progress
  • Hours progress (if enabled)
  • Timeline

CAS Progress

The Progress section shows how many times a learning outcome has been selected during your CAS programme.

  • Orange bars indicate experiences outcomes that have been planned and approved.
  • Green bars indicate experiences with completed reflections targeting those outcomes.
  • You can view the total reflection number in black at the bottom-left.

Thus as you add experiences, the orange bars will grow. As you add reflections and answer CAS questions, they will convert to green. If you have Orange items left in the chart, this means there are outcomes indicated that do not have a matching reflection or evidence.

Hours Progress

Note: Hours will only show if your school have hour types and the widget enabled.

The Completed Hours widget allows you to visualise planned versus completed hours for each of the experience types.

Experience Timeline

The Timeline tab shows the length of each experience, as well as the type of experience (Creativity, Action or Service) it is.

To zoom in on any section of the Timeline, click and drag your mouse over the desired area. The screen will automatically zoom in to show you the section highlighted by your mouse. You can click on the Reset zoom button at anytime to return to the original view of the Timeline as needed.
