Reviewing SL Progress

For SL Coordinators via the Year Group roster

You can access the SL roster from the SL tab of your Year Group.

You can adjust the views from the dropdown menu, which will allow you to view the number of outcomes that students are targeting across their activities, the number of planned hours, the count of evidence that they've submitted, and the number of meetings that have been held to date.

Click on a student's name to view their SL worksheet, which will display a list of their activities and the planned SL hours for each activity.

Scrolling down, you will find a Progress section. This section displays how the student’s activities are balanced across learning outcomes. The orange bars provide a count of the number of expected activities for each particular outcome, whereas the green bars indicate the number of activities completed with evidence. Over the course of the program, the green bars will gradually overlap the orange ones as the students complete their activities.

Progress Indicators

SL Advisors can add progress indicators via a student’s SL worksheet. On the top navigation bar, they can use the Overall SL Progress drop-down menu to select from ‘Excellent’, ‘On-track’ or ‘Concern’. To remove the progress indicator, select ‘To Be Determined’.

Once defined, the ‘flag’ or 'status' icon will appear in the SL Roster. You can also filter by these progress indicators by clicking the Filter button.
