Teachers can add books as teaching resources in their unit plans.
Prerequisite: Your ManageBac administrator must first enable BookJetty via the account settings. See here for further guidance.
To add the books to the units in advance, navigate to the Stream & Resources tab of the unit planner. Click Add Book > Select the book > click Add Resource.
Then navigate to Tasks & Units > Add New Task button on the right navigation panel, scroll down to Link Unit Resource within the Task Creation page. Select the book you want students to read via the dropdown menu and click Create Task button.
Note that the book must already be assigned to the students via Class > Members > Students > Assign Books, or it will not appear.
When students view the task, they will see the book and can click on the book to read.
