Via Settings > School Settings, you can adjust the following settings:

You can also upload a School Logo to appear on the site via Choose File. If you'are using ManageBac for Reports, upload a logo to the High Resolution Logo link in order to display in your report cards. Note: Check image format (JPEG, PNG, GIF) and size requirements (up to 20MB).
Enabling additional languages of instruction will allow you to set DP subjects to those languages via IB Diploma > Options & Levels.
Via Academics, you can enable Curriculum Programmes, Classes, Parents Association, Annotations, Percentage Weights for class gradebooks, Grade & Year Format.
Here, you can edit the abbreviations and names for National Curriculum Programmes to match your local naming requirements.
Via CAS & Service Action, edit the guidance for students and supervisors. You can also allow activities to be marked as Complete and locked if supervisor has submitted review that it was completed successfully.
Via Terminology, customise specific titles besides the generic default titles we have provided. These updates will be reflected across your account and in report cards.
Note: Our tutorials use the default terminology, and your ManageBac account may appear differently from the ones shown in the tutorials.
You can enable the default (blank) background, choose from our custom backgrounds, or upload a file. Click Save Changes when complete.
Configure what teachers, students, and parents can and cannot do on their accounts via Settings > Access Permissions & Security.
Here, you can also loosen password requirements for students and parents. Teachers and administrators are required to use a strong password.
