The Attendance Manager allows administrators, and teachers with permission to access the tab, to record daily attendance without going into the classes or homerooms themselves.
Via Attendance > Homeroom or Classes, select the grade level to pull up a list of homerooms or classes. Select on the homeroom or class title you wish to edit, and click on the Edit button on the right.
In addition to editing or taking daily attendance here, you can add comments by clicking on the speech bubble next to each student, which will be visible to the teacher in their homeroom or class via their Attendance tabs.
To record or change attendance for students by academic term, select the Reporting tab. Click on the Edit button at the top of the page to add or change attendance numbers for the term. Keep in mind that if you adjust the numbers in one category, the numbers in other categories must also be adjusted to keep total number of attendance days consistent.
