Units are shared with classes of the same subject and grade level, and carried over to the next academic year, so that you can continue to use your units year after year.
If there is a unit shared with your class that you don't want to use, you can mark it as a Draft to hide it, while leaving it unaffected in other classes. Read about drafting units here.
If there is a unit you wish to remove from all classes, you can Archive it, which can still be accessed in future if required.
Please note, Deleting a unit will remove the unit and all of its content entirely and cannot be restored.
Select the class from the Classes tab, click Units. Select the unit, click Edit Unit Plan, tick "Archive", Save Changes. The unit will no longer be listed under the Units tab of any class it is shared across.
Archived units can be accessed via the Whole School Curriculum. Navigate to Dashboard > Curriculum > Middle Years > select your grade, and you will find the unit in the bottom right-hand side Drag'n Drop archive.
To archive, click on the units tile, and drag it into the Drag'n Drop Archive. To unarchive, simply click on the 'unarchive box' icon and the unit will repopulate to your whole school curriculum as well as to classes by subject & grade level.
