Creating IB Deadlines

IB Deadlines allows admins to add group-wide IB deadlines to every student's calendar.

Via IB Manager tab

Choose an IB Group. Under the Calendar tab, click IB Deadlines in the sidebar.

The IB Deadlines page contains any default IB deadlines. These can be filtered for via the Filter button. You can click Add IB Deadline in the sidebar to create a new deadline.

Tick the box next to a deadline and click Save Changes at the bottom of the page to add the deadline to your year group's calendar.

Edit or fill in the form with the Name and Description of the deadline. The deadline must be linked to a specific IB category from the dropdown menu below the Description.

You can choose to Enable Dropbox to allow students to submit their work online. Set a Due Date and Time and make sure to Save Changes. The deadline will appear in the calendar of all students as well as on the Calendar > IB Deadlines page.
