Generating Transcripts

PDF transcripts can be generated in ManageBac using grades from previously generated reports or by importing transcripts.

Via Reports > Transcripts

Select Which Reports to Include on the Transcript

Select the academic terms you wish to include on the transcript. Each time you select an academic term, a list of available transcript reports will appear on the right navigation panel. Select which reports you wish to include on the transcript for each academic term.

For more information on how to import transcripts click here

Generate Transcripts

Once all reports have been selected from each academic term, bulk generate transcripts for all DP & MYP students by clicking Export to PDF, transcripts are viewable via the Transcript PDFs tab.

You can also view and generate transcripts for individual students by clicking their name in the roster or by searching the student's name in the search bar.

Use the Academic Terms dropdown to review the Transcript data for different Academic Terms. The academic terms are organised by programme.

Use the Edit Transcripts link to make further changes to Transcript data. Please note that the grades which appear on the transcript are the final grades from report cards, rubric grades are not shown on transcripts, and letter grades do not calculate into the GPA.

Add and/or edit grades for the Classes listed or change Student Personal Information as needed. Add Classes and Records via the Add Record button. Once changes have been saved via Save Changes, click Transcripts to return to the previous screen where you can then export the individual transcript to PDF.

Transcript Settings

To configure your transcript settings, navigate to Reports > Transcripts > Settings. Please note that the transcripts feature is still undergoing improvements which will include greater customisation of transcript layout and content.
