Help Tutorials, Quickstart Guides and Resources to help you make the most of ManageBac.
First, go to the Classes tab and select your class from the list. Language classes will have an Orals tab specifically designed to add and assess interactive orals. Clicking the Orals tab will bring you to a roster of your students. If the page header says Individual Orals, you can change it to Interactive Orals by selecting it from the View list.
By clicking on a students name you will be taken to their Interactive Orals page. If no activities have been created, you will be directed to a form to add a new activity. Fill in the title and description, and make sure the date and teacher are accurate. Finally, give the student a numerical mark from the preset rubric. You can also add rationale comments.
Click Save Changes to save your assessment.
You can change saved assessments by hovering your mouse over an activity and clicking the Edit button which appears. If you have already created at least one activity, you will also see a sidebar tab to Add Interactive Oral.
Finally, Managebac can automatically fill in the official IBO record form for you if you click Export to IA in the sidebar. This will lead you to a printable form filled in with the relevant information.
