Generating Service Action Reports


By Year Group

You can generate reports for the whole IB year group from the SA tab. You will be able to customize your reports, and you will need to set start and end dates to match your academic terms.

Once you have finished editing the fields, you will be able to generate a consolidated PDF report. This process can take up to 30 minutes, but you'll receive an e-mail notification when your reports are ready.

You can download the reports as a consolidated PDF or as a ZIP file with individual PDFs for each student, labeled either by Student ID or Student ID & Name.

By Student

You can also generate Service Action reports for individual students by navigating to a student's Service Action Worksheet.

First, select your student via the Year Group SA tab.

Click Generate Reports

You will be able to customize your reports, and you will need to set start and end dates to match your academic terms. Click Generate Report when finished.

Can Students & Parents view Reports?

Regardless of whether reports are generated by year group or by student, these appear for the student to view via their SA Worksheet under the Service Action Documents section.

Students & Parents can also view these reports via the Portolio tab in the SA folder.
