As a SL Advisor or SL Coordinator, you can approve activities in two different ways.
If you've been assigned to students as their SL Advisor, you'll be able to approve activities in one-click from Reviews & Progress > CAS.
The second way to approve activities is by clicking into a student's SL worksheet, which you can access by selecting the year group under the Year Groups tab > SL tab. This will bring up the student roster.
Select a student with New Changes. On the student's SL worksheet, you will see status icons on the right side of each activity. The Needs Approval icon can be seen in the Legend on the right side navigation panel. This symbol will indicate the activities that require approval.
After selecting a activity, select Approved from the service Status dropdown. This will notify the student via e-mail that her activity has been approved and that she is able to proceed.
