Recommended best practice. These steps are good practice taken from each product's guides, not a required process. Every school is set up differently: skip anything that does not apply to you, and check the full product guide before you change live data.

Do this first: roll over your student information system

If your school uses a student information system (SIS) such as iSAMS, PowerSchool or Veracross that syncs with Faria products, roll it over first. Products that sync will then pick up the new year groups instead of overwriting them.
