There are two issues that may occur:
Resolution: Please make sure you are running the latest version of Flash. Visit Adobe for an update: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer.
Resolution: Please contact your IT Network Administrator. The school needs to unblock RMTP traffic for Port 80.
If the school firewall allows access to the following URL, then the audio server will connect smoothly: rtmp://orals.managebac.com:80/.
Groups 1 and 2 IOC recordings now offer a new HTML5 recorder. The HTML5 recorder does not stream the recording to our servers in real time. Instead, the recording is uploaded to the server at the end of the recording, when you have clicked Save. We recommend using this recorder if your school experiences internet connectivity issues.
We offer phone support coverage 24 hours a day between Monday and Friday, beginning from Monday 9 AM (GMT +8) and ending at Friday 6 PM (GMT -7).
The first step is to open our online support centre and select your programme.
