The key features for Diploma students are now listed along the left navigation panel of your ManageBac account. Please see step-by-step instructions below.
The Dashboard tab allows you to view upcoming events & deadlines or latest activity from any year groups, activity groups or classes that you are a part of.
The Calendar tab is your Dashboard Calendar and shows any upcoming events or deadlines from any year group, class, or activity group that you are a part of. Click Subscribe to Calendar to sync with any programme that supports iCalendar standard.
The IB Manager tab is where you can track anything related to the Diploma Core, including CAS, Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge and IBIS Exams Registration. Please note that this tab is customisable, so it may not be called IB Manager at your School.
The Timetables tab will only appear if your school is using ManageBac for Attendance. Here you can view your weekly class schedule and Download PDF of your class timetable. The Legend in the upper right corner shows a summary of your class attendance and the Homeroom Attendance below shows a summary of your daily attendance for the current academic term.
The Classes tab will show you a dropdown of all the classes that you are a part of. Select a class to view the class Overview, Assignments, Units, Calendar, Messages, Files and Students.
The Portfolio tab shows all work that you have submitted to ManageBac for Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge as well as each class by subject group. Here you can also add to your Portfolio by clicking Add to Portfolio.
The Reports tab will only appear if your school is using ManageBac for report cards. Click here to view report cards which have been generated by your school administration.
The Reflections tab is where you can enter your term goals and answer reflection questions from your Diploma Coordinator.
The Groups tab is where you can view various activity groups that you may be a part of. Click Join More Groups... to see a full list of groups at your school and join.
